What Data Can Be Deleted

You can request deletion of specific types of data while keeping your Anchor account active. Examples include:

  • Workout history and fitness data
  • Nutrition logs and calorie tracking information
  • Goal tracking data and activity logs
  • Location data from GPS-based features
  • Specific time periods of data (e.g., "delete all data from 2024")
  • Any other specific personal data you'd like removed

Your Account Stays Active

When you request partial data deletion, your Anchor account remains active and you can continue using the app. Only the specific data you request will be removed from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete specific data from your Anchor account, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the button below to send an email to our support team
  2. Include the email address associated with your Anchor account
  3. Specify which data you would like deleted (be as specific as possible)
  4. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the requested data has been deleted
