What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your account profile (email, display name, profile information)
- Goal tracking data and activity logs
- Workout and fitness data
- Nutrition and calorie tracking information
- Push notification tokens and preferences
- Any other personal data stored in association with your account
Data That May Be Retained
- Anonymized analytics data — aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.
- Legal compliance records — data required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your Anchor account, please follow these steps:
- Click the button below to send an email to our support team
- Include the email address associated with your Anchor account in your message
- We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted
Note: This action cannot be undone. If you only want to delete specific data without deleting your entire account, please visit our data deletion page instead.
